Extreme Trade Updates (4/16/18)
April 16, 2018On the morning of April 10, 2018, we recommended three trades ideas, each of which is already beginning to move.
Facebook (FB) stock at $158.50
Facebook May 2018 165 calls at $5.25
No one paid much attention to the stock in the early hours of April 10, 2018. But with fear full baked in, as we noted, with technical over-extensions, FB was a solid buying opportunity. By afternoon, as the company CEO sat in front of Congress, the stock began to explode higher by $7.11 a share. The stock is now up to $163.76, handing us a solid, quick win on the underlying FB stock. We also show a current win on the calls, which last traded at $6.50.
Activision Blizzard (ATVI) at $66.25
ATVI May 2018 65 calls at $3.85
The stock is still greatly oversold at bottom of trend. We have a near-term price target of $70 on the underlying stock. Hold. It last traded at $66.05. We have a near-term price target of $70 a share.
PayPal Holdings (PYPL) at $75.90
PYPL May 2018 75 calls at $4.25
PYPL is also still oversold but is showing signs of pushing higher. It last traded at $76.80 and remains a long-term hold. We have a price target of $80, near-term. The stock last traded at $77.45 and remains on hold. We’re also showing a small gain on the calls at the moment.
